of purchase. Customers normally receive their products within 12 business days of purchase.
Back-ordered items will be shipped as soon as the product becomes available. If your purchase is placed
on back-order, we will notify you immediately with an estimated arrival date.
We prefer UPS ground as a shipping method. Products are shipped fully insured. We require signature
confirmation on all residential deliveries.
